If you have a QT in your area, go to Coupons.com and print out a coupon for a free sandwich-yum! If your zip code won't bring it up, try 85260.
Also, sign up with QT to take surveys once a month and get a special treat from QT. I have received free drinks, free gum, free sandwiches and even hot dogs or those roll ups :) These have been nice treats for myself while I am out alone, or I pass them along to my husband to grab something quick for lunch during his work day :)
